I know, I know this could push a few buttons! But it needed to be said! Why are we still using a term that means to keep an object in the same place and never to change? This is not a philosophical question, but a vocabulary question. The words that we use to our communities are very important and we must choose them wisely! Just simply changing "holding or holding pattern" to "balance and balancing" the nervous system could change everything! Let’s go down this rabbit hole and come out better!!
