Having sympathy towards a patient can be very dangerous. Why might you ask? You are comming at their care from a place of pity and despair versus leadership and growth. Do you choose to allow yourself to spiral down the rabbit hole of poor me with your patient’s and practice members or do you choose to build your families up and lead them to health. Strangely enough you can empower them and increase their own self-worth by letting themselves shine through! Sometimes it’s that simple!! Here is how you do it!!
